This legal notice governs access to and use of the website of Boneleads, an online business-to-business (B2B) prospecting tool: searching for companies, obtaining their public contact details, technical analysis of their websites and sending email campaigns from the user's own mailboxes.

Accessing the website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Use of the customer dashboard is also governed by the terms accepted when creating an account.

3. Use of the website and the service

Users undertake to make proper use of the website and the service, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, they undertake to:

• Not use the service to send communications to consumers or for purposes unrelated to the recipients' professional activity.
• Identify themselves as the sender in every communication and include a simple, free way to unsubscribe.
• Honour unsubscribe requests and the suppression list.
• Not introduce viruses or carry out any action that could damage or overload the website or the systems of the owner or third parties.

Users are responsible for the content of the messages they send through the service.
